Daniel Kearsey is an illustrator, graphic designer, adjunct professor and a curator.

Kearsey has over a decades experience as a designer; having worked in everything from agencies to publishing. Since 2017, he has worked at Kent State University as a Senior Graphic Designer for the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship. He is also an adjunct instructor for Kent State Universities School of Visual Communication Design. Kearsey owns Sixty First Street Design Studio; an independent design studio. He also is the curator for Popped! art space based out of Ravenna, Ohio.

He has won multiple awards for his work and has been exhibited nationwide. Kearsey has a passion for the history of baseball and has worked with the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum (NLBM); which is dedicated to preserving the history of the Negro Leagues. His illustrations have been showcased with Major League Baseball (MLB), the Society for American Baseball Research (SABR), The Sporting News and more. He has also won ADDY Awards for his graphic design work.

Kearsey is the former president of the American Advertising Federation (Akron Chapter). He also served as their American Advertising Awards and programs committee chairperson.

Kearsey earned his BFA from the University of Akron in graphic design and his Masters from Kent State University in User Experience Design.
